Our stay at West Park was absolutely delightful, especially because we were upgraded to the Grand Depart penthouse, which was pure luxury. The attentiveness of the staff made everything from check-in to breakfast a positive experience. The hotel's ambiance and facilities contributed to a memorable experience, and despite a few small issues, we would definitely return.
