The wait for the starter was long. I think it was forty-five minutes (i wasn't counting, maybe i should have). they said all the chefs were on break, quite bizarre. then my roast sirloin arrived, it wasn't rib, just sirloin.

The location FACED onto the strays and was suitable for a morning stroll.
i was disappointed with several aspects. i ordered mussels, and many remained unopened. the waiter offered a coffee as compensation, but the manager never approached me. the manager needs to be more accountable.

The staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. Their courtesy was first class. This elevated a special family birthday surprise, I am grateful for how we were looked after. The hotel presented itself beautifully and my room remained clean during my entire stay. Breakfast was also great.
I experienced a longer wait for my starter. This delay seemed unusual. It looked the chefs were taking a break simultaneously, which I found surprising, especially considering I ordered pate and toast. Addressing it, the cost was removed from the final bill, which I appreciated.

The breakfast provided a wide variety of high-quality choices, I thought it was excellent. Parking was conveniently located next door for a very reasonable fee; it only cost ÂŁ2.50 from 4 PM until 10 AM the next day. The hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi access.
